Keeping in mind that your goal is to get people to read your information and create a high click-through rate to your website; it is therefore necessary to pay attention to two important factors:-

• Search Engine Optimisation – SEO. Research your keywords, find out what people are searching for on the internet, and use them in your article. Follow the SEO rules such as to the correct density of those keywords throughout the article.
• You need to submit many articles starting with 3 a week and increase the number over time.

There are many places to submit your article just do a search for Ezine Articles and you will find quite a few.


Article writing done correctly is indeed a simple, effective and free method of increasing the flow of traffic to your business portal. The majority of experts will recommend this as one of the easiest ways to succeed. Hone your writing skills, don’t forget to spell check before you publish and off you go.

WHAT AN AMAZING SUCCESS!

ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE SUMMIT

Once more there were some big announcements. Probably the most important for the everyday run of the mill member of SFS will be the Auto responder! Not FREE, so more outlay, but fully laden with emails for different marketing choices.

We were assured there would be training to back up the implementation of this advance to SFS and a brand new Back Office with more information at our finger tips.

As a member with two non computer savvy down liners, who haven't yet had any response for their investment outlay, neither have I for that matter, no matter how hard I advertise and promote, with nothing from the rotators, it's all a bit hard to keep going.

While this is promoted as a global opportunity for people needing no experience, in actual fact you need to have an "existing list" and be proficient in the use of Web2 technology to be successful. Those members who succeed to the extent of receiving an income have successfully promoted to their lists, and have not gained a huge amount from Web3 and the famous Funnel.

With members slowly climbing by 30 to 40 a day (if we are lucky) the rotators are not pulling in that many new members. So guys, get your Web2 boots on and start working hard on you personal list, making sure you carefully build a trusting relationship with your members (prospective and existing). It is important to be enthusiastic as well as honest to build that trust so you can move onto the next section of the announcements.

Bonus Pool

This is a share of $15,000 each month for members who enroll 15 new members in that month and begins, now from the 1st October, until the end of December. However you will be unable to achieve this purely from the rotators, so work extra hard to get those lists moving. Unfortunately, once more the immediate benefit is for those with an existing list if they haven't exhausted it, the rest of us will just have to work hard and wait for the auto responder to begin.

Once again details were very sketchy as to when that would be, and when the changes in the back office would be.

The final Mega Bonus

I'm afraid I couldn't get excited about this one, so details are a little sketchy. It spans 6 months from now to the next summit (yawn), and there will be .25c placed in a pool for every member who joins in that time to be collected by the person who has enrolled the most members in that six-month time frame. The big presentation will be made and the next conference. Are you excited???

Which brings me to International Members, still no news, just that it has been sorted and an announcement will be made (again) "in the next few days". Apparently we make up only 20% of the total membership, and are not considered important in the overall scheme of things. Lets see what we can do about this, even losing 20% would make a dent in the coffers of SFS, this may happen unless we are treated as equals, what if we were 33.333%, that would make an even bigger dent??!!

Basically sitting around waiting for it all to happen isn't going to make it so. Lets start working on our lists from within our Country, I would be more than happy to help with ideas if any one is interested, or wants to comment on what I've just written. Sorry for the length of the post, I think it is important.

STREAMLINE FUNNEL SYSTEM The Summit is Over

The long awaited (by some)Summit is at last over, the servers have been installed and maybe now we can get down to some serious business.

Most, but not all the lead packs have gone out some people are still waiting for their membership leads to hit the rotator, or to be notified that this has happened. The funnel downline is still growing at a great rate which suggests to me that some members are receiving personal leads from the rotator, but not all.

For all International Members i.e. Members from outside the US and Canada, I have nothing new to report from SGA. I am an Australian International Member, and I am anxiously awaiting the reports from the Summit starting on Monday or Tuesday 28th or 29th September. The first SGA Webinar is scheduled for Monday 28th at 9pm. I will be logged in just to see if anything new has happened. That's 11am Tuesday 29th in Australia.

Another update on SFS.

First commissions will be going out this week and again after 15th August, then every two weeks for now...

"Eventually, Paul Birdsall said, commissions will be paid weekly and very soon it is hoped to introduce a members Debit Card into which all individual commissions will be paid." This will of course mean simplicity for members to access their funds

LATEST ANNOUNCEMENT FROM STREAMLINE FUNNEL SYSTEM

Tomorrow morning , 29th July first thing (Canadian Time) the back office will be ready to go on making the necessary adjustments to all those members who joined either in prelaunch or
between the 7th and the 21st July.

"This adjustment is necessary because of the failure of merchant to cope with the huge amount of transactions flowing through the account" Paul Birdsall said. He went on to say "That account has been closed and a new one opened with a merchant provider at a reputable bank and there has been an assurance given that there is no limit on the amount of transactions passing through that account."

All money paid into the first account between the 7th and 11th July will be refunded and no SFS member will lose either their place or their existing commissions, and the emails will start to flow with your link in the the minute the registration fee is in place.

You may wish to wait for the refund to appear in your Credit A/c, or as of tomorrow you may choose to make the necessary adjustments and begin to receive more personal members in your down line straight away.

If you joined between 12th and 21st, your money was never billed, so there will be no refund. You do however need to make the same adjustment as the first group of members on the 29th July.

THINGS YOU PROBABLY NEVER KNEW YOUR MOBILE PHONE COULD DO

The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112. If you find
yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile; network and there is
an emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network
to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number
112 can be dialled even if the keypad is locked. Try it out.

SECOND Have you locked your keys in the car?

Does your car have remote keyless entry? This may come in handy
someday. Good reason to own a cell phone: If you lock your keys in the
car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile
phone from your cell phone.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the
person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile
phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to
drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of
miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other 'remote' for
your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).

Editor's Note: It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car

ATM - PIN Number Reversal - Good to Know

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering your PIN # in reverse.
For example, if your pin number is 1234, then you would put in 4321. The
ATM system recognizes that your PIN number is backwards from the ATM
card you placed in the machine. The machine will still give you the
money you requested, but unknown to the robber, the police will be
immediately dispatched to the location.

This information was recently broadcast on CTV by Crime Stoppers however
it is seldom used because people just don't know about it.

SORTING THE PAPER TRAIL IN YOUR HOME OFFICE

ORGANISING YOUR HOME OFFICE

Isn't it amazing how you accumulate masses of paper? It clutters your desk and surrounds making it difficult to find the information you’re looking for, wasting time and causing frustrations.

What is in that pile of paper?

• Often it contains important information that you need to use immediately.
• Sometimes the information maybe important at a later date, however you do need to know where it is.
• Then there are those messages that are so cryptic that you’ve forgotten what they were about.

So let us start getting organised TODAY!!

1. Make a place for everything
2. Keep your desk clear except for items you use every day such as pens, stapler, paper clips etc. and the files you will be using that day.
3. Just before you finish for the day return everything to its place, clear your desk ready for a fresh start in the morning.
4. The only piece of paper to be seen should be your work schedule for the next day, to give you a jump start for the day.

Now returning to those pesky pieces of paper all over your desk; there seems to be two simple methods of filing:-

a) The filing cabinet

b)The shoe box

THE FILING CABINET

A simple well organised filing cabinet that has a series of well labelled files each of which has a series of subfolders. These may be colour coded or more simply just topic coded.

THE SHOE BOX

Update this principle and have a lidded and labelled box for each area of interest. Then within that box a series of folders, again colour coded or just labelled so you know what is in each folder.

Choose whichever system you are most comfortable with and get started sorting papers today.

So that you know what folders you will need, sort the papers into their primary source of interest. The floor is a good place to begin your filing system. Once you have your piles of primary files, go back through each pile, one at a time and sort the information into sub areas to see just what folders you are going to need. Label your files and sub folders, place the papers in those files. It may also be a good idea to have a “miscellaneous file” for all those pieces of paper you are unsure about, at least then you will know where to look when something prompts your memory. “Oh! That’s what that means”.

Repeat this process until you no longer have papers anywhere but in the filing cabinet or in their own boxes. You have completed the job, well done.

Now resist the temptation to use stick-it notes, instead, use notepad on your computer or write the details on a dated piece of paper, deal with it, as in prioritise the action needed and then file the information.

You will have so much more time to be able to enjoy some extra activity because you are not worrying about where you put something, and wasting time trying to find it.

The better organised we become the happier and more productive we are and you will find that there will be ample time for your home based business. You will find that most successful people are very organised, so start getting those lists together, wake up each morning knowing what you have to do, don't get sidetracked or procrastinate about it, making excuses, just do what is on your list, be realistic about time frames and attend to each item immediately, marking it off as completed as you go.

To keep your life in balance be sure to set aside time for relaxation and spending time with you family and friends. Set aside time with loved ones, especially your spouce and children. There is not much point in having that extra income if you can't balace your work-life profile.

Start to take notice of the time you waste and how much time you spend just not starting something that will probably only take 10 minutes.As you start to utilise your non productive times, you will find that you have plenty of time to attend to working from home, and the extra income will remove the stress, you will feel great fulfillment and satisfaction, thus you and you family will find happiness.

It’s actually very simple. Get back to basics. Go back to your core values, your mission statement, your vision. Stop right now and think about the vision you had for your business when you first started it. What did you want to accomplish? Why did you want to do it? Were you looking for freedom? Did you have a better way of helping people? Completely let yourself be absorbed in the dream you had. Feel how it was when you started. Now you are focused. Take this vision and write it down again. Go into detail about what you really want to do with your business.

Now from this focused state, get into action. It should be much more clear to you now what the most important tasks are. Focus your energy on those and get going. Any time you start feeling overwhelmed, stop and go back to your dream, your vision. Ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing. Really feel it and then start again. I guarantee you this will get you focused and get you out of overwhelm. Now you can get what you really wanted out of your business.
